Most orders can be edited up to one hour after they have been placed. To edit an order within the time allowed, navigate to "My Orders" and click "Edit".
Use the "gear" icon to edit an item, or use the "x" icon to remove a NON-CUSTOMIZED item only. Customized items such as jackets with stripe (rank) and pants with hem alterations, require a special process when edited in an order.
HOW TO EDIT A CUSTMIZED ITEM: Only the customized item itself (a jacket and/or pant) should be removed from the cart – DO NOT REMOVE THE STRIPE OR HEM FROM THE CART - you will be able to select a custom option after the jacket and/or pant have been removed. Once the jacket and/or pant has been removed, simply add the correct item(s) with the desired customization (stripe and/or hem) and add them to the cart, then complete your order.
