Exchange and Returns Policy

M&H Uniforms wants you to look good and feel great in your new uniform, and that starts by having the right fit! To ensure you're satisfied with your purchase, simply submit the Return Request Form for garments and hats (the manufacturer's warranty covers luggage), and M&H will email you return instructions. M&H will ship your exchanged items at no additional cost.

 

  • General Exchanges and Returns Policy

    • Exchange/Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt with the original garment tag. Please note that some items may not be eligible for returns. Please refer to the "Items Not Eligible for Returns" section for a complete list.

    • Exchanges: Upon receipt of your garment, we will ship your exchanged items at no additional cost. 

    • Credits/Refunds are subject to a 15% processing fee. Some exceptions may apply. Freight, including applicable taxes, is non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the “Payee.

  • New Hire Company Paid Uniforms

    If your company has paid for your uniform as a new hire, please refer to your company's exchange policy or contact your administrator for more information. We can help with size exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item, but please note that we cannot offer refunds or credit for New Hire Pilot Uniform Issue items. For authorized returns, please consult your company.

  • Items Not Eligible for Returns

    • Custom-made items and logoed or embroidered pieces
    • Used/worn, altered, or laundered items
    • Items with pet hair, lint, or surface dirt
    • Garments with no tags

  • Shipping Your Package to M&H

    For smooth processing of your return, please use a shipping method with tracking and delivery confirmation and consider purchasing insurance. A shipping receipt alone does not serve as proof of delivery, and M&H Uniforms will not be held liable for any lost packages. Thank you for your understanding.

    • You may purchase a FedEx label from M&H Uniformsfor $10.00 HERE.

    • If you prefer, you may return your item(s) to the original store of purchase.

  • Luggage Exchanges and Returns

    Our luggage collections are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. To learn more about warranty information and how to repair or replace your luggage, contact Travel Pro or Luggage Works.

  • Hat Exchanges

    M&H Uniforms works with third-party vendors to offer you the best hats in the industry, customized to meet your unique requirements and crafted with utmost care. Please note that personalized, made-to-order products cannot be returned. However, we provide a one-time exchange service if you require a different size. To find your hat size, measure your head circumference using a soft tape and refer to our sizing chart. 

    For Standard Sizes (7, 7 ⅛, 7 ¼, 7 ⅜, 7 ½), we offer a one-time-only exchange for customers who aren't familiar with hat sizing. Please make any adjustments within 30 days of receipt, and make sure the hat is unworn and unaltered. 

    If you ordered a Specialty Size (6 ½ to 6 ⅞, or 7 ⅝ to 8), we can adjust the hat to the next size up. 

    To start your hat exchange, please email info@mandhuniforms.com and we will provide you with a return form. Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. However, we will work with you to ensure that you receive the perfect hat.

    If you need to cancel your hat order, let us know within 24 hours. For upgrades, email us at info@mandhuniforms.com within 48 hours. We're always here to help!
