If items are returned to M&H by the customer, freight (including applicable taxes) is non-refundable.
Standard order processing can take 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. To coordinate a weekend delivery, please contact us for availability and pricing.
Orders will be processed the same day if placed by 8 AM PT M-F and do not require alterations or modifications. Orders placed after 8 AM PT will be processed the following business day.
Please allow extra time for alterations requests, including pant hems or adjustments and jacket striping, usually 2-5 business days.
We usually ship FedEx 2 Day®. Upon request, we will offer Overnight Next-Day. For this special request, please call customer service at 800-888-9927, Monday-Friday, 8-5 PT.
Second-Day Shipping Service (FedEx 2 Day®)
Second-Day is only available on select products for our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipping Service (FedEx AIR 2nd Day®)
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to a $30 surcharge and must be shipped via FedEx 2nd Day Air. However delivery is typically 4-5 days + processing time.
Overnight Next-Day
Next-Day delivery is only available on select products for customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Next-Day delivery orders will be processed onthe same day if placed before 8 AM PT M-F and should arrive in 1 business day.
International orders are subject to added costs. The added cost is billed separately by the shipping agent upon delivery. M&H will charge the regular shipping rate upon order placement, and the shipping agent will charge Duties + Taxes + Fees.
FedEx and United Airlines customers already have international shipping established in their contracts. All other customers must call customer service at 800-888-9927 to place international orders.Duties & Taxes: Duties, taxes, and handling fees, will be paid by the customer and billed by the shipping agent upon delivery.Two Business Day and Next Day Delivery methods are unavailable for International orders.
Some orders may require a signature at the time of delivery. If a signature is required, the carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Couriers will only deliver if they acquire a signature.
If an order is returned to M&H, we will apply the cost associated with the return/reshipment against the order. To avoid extra shipping costs, please make sure an authorized adult is available to sign for your package.
If a package is lost or damaged, please email info@mandhuniforms.com to make a formal report. We will do our best to help you find your package. A claim must be filed within ten days of your scheduled delivery date (listed in your shipment email).
Our hats are custom-made and ordered through third-party providers. The average manufacturing time is 5-6 weeks, not including shipping.
If you need to change your address, please send the request in writing to hats@mandhuniforms.com. We will confirm the change with our third-party provider and provide written verification. Please note that we can only guarantee changes that have been verified due to the different order and shipping stages.
